Microsoft has provided basic guidelines on rolling out and adopting Copilot for your organization.

At the time of this writing - pricing at $30 a user per month (with an annual commitment), it's certainly not a cheap license by any means. Even with a Microsoft 365 E5 license, Copilot is still an add-on. As with many new services, it's best to tread lightly and test with a power user with IT oversight.
